We’ll negotiate the terms of the agreement as we work with you. In general, we oversee the administration of the group insurance program and provide support with marketing the program to your members, retirees or employees, which can include a customized microsite and print materials, depending on your organization’s needs.

Entente group insurance plans — extended health care, dental, and hospital and convalescent care — are owned and operated on a non-profit basis by RTOERO. The volunteer-led board of directors and benefits committee manage the plan design and premiums with the commitment to put plan members first.

Service to members is provided by:

• belairdirect Agency Inc. (formerly Johnson Inc.) as the claims and service administrator — a proud partner of RTOERO for more than 30 years
• Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company, a Securian Financial Company, as the underwriter of the Entente plans
• Belair Insurance Company Inc. as the underwriter of travel coverage included in the extended health care plan, and the available supplemental travel plan to top up for additional days
